This will help you increase your effectiveness, your efficiency, and your productivity.

Set goals. To maximize your productivity, set goals. Write them down and check them off as they are accomplished.

Relate processes together. In other words, combine your steps. By putting tasks together you can reduce your time spent. >>IDEA: Let's say you are cleaning your room and you find something that needs to go into the kitchen, something for the coat closet, dirty clothes for the laundry room. Make piles and then deliver all your items at the same time rather than going back and forth and back and forth.

Eliminate non-priorities. Categorize your priorities according to their value.Urgent and Important, Important no urgent, Unimportant. Then you can determine which priorities to focus your time.

Try the 80-20 Rule. It is said the 80% of task can be done in 20% of time. If so the other 20% that are harder can take 80% of the time. Easy tasks can get done quickly and check them off your list. Plus you feel accomplished and then you can concentrate on the harder tasks.
